Corny Corn Bread Sally Strackbein
1 cup corn meal 1 cup flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup dry milk 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. Just Whites 1 can creamed corn 1/2 cup water 2 T oil
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add corn, water and oil. Stir until well mixed. Grease 12 inch cast iron skillet. Heat skillet until grease is hot. Add mixture, cover and simmer for about
30 minutes.
