Garlic Spaghetti
Sally Strackbein

1 pound spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
Parmesan cheese

Boil spaghetti until done (usually about 12 minutes for regular spaghetti). Drain. In same pot you cooked the spaghetti in, sauté the garlic in the olive oil for a minute or 2. Don't let it burn. Remove from heat and dump spaghetti back in. Stir well.

Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

Serves 4 for main course
