Emergency Kitchen Shopping List

This emergency shopping list is a living thing. It will grow as new ideas appear. It is intended to be used together with the Emercency Kitchen recipes. Select the recipes you like and decide how many meals you plan to serve each dish. List the ingredients (quantities of each) and add the number to the list below. If you don't see what you want on the list, write it in and please let me know so I can add it to the list. Remember - non-perishable items only.
