Spinach Salad
submitted by Athena

"One night I was nuts for a salad, and didn't have any in the house. In a fit of insanity, I opened a can of spinach, drained it as best I could, put it in a bowl, and added my favorite salad dressing. You know, it wasn't half bad... and I now eat canned spinach cold more often than hot. I especially like it with Catalina dressing, or a good Russian.  I also eat canned asparagus the same way. For an extra-special treat, I like canned or jarred "hearts of palm", or those little artichoke hearts."

1 can spinach, drained
salad dressing

Mix and eat.
