After Y2K turned out to be such a non-event, I ceased to be a loud advocate for emergency preparedness.
Now, after the 9/11/2001 events, I am beginning to speak out again for rational emergency preparedness.
For historical purposes, I will continue to keep the original site files on the server. You may think I was an alarmist. I think we were all lucky. I thought it was wise to be prepared for
emergencies. I still do
